Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase must be included
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on BRIDAL and GUEST OF collections unless faulty. Please choose these special occasion pieces carefully.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Submit your request: Email our style concierge at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items you’re returning, including all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship your return: Send your package to our Chicago headquarters using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after processing
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability) from our Best Sellers, CLASSICS, or CASUAL collections. Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.

For HOT SALE items, exchanges are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including our premium Coats & Jackets or JUMPSUITS), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items from our BRIDAL and GUEST OF collections (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in our HOT SALE section

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on returned items
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
